  4. Clipboard Extender requires Windows 3.1 or later.  As it is written in
  5. Visual Basic 3.0, the VB runtime module is also required.  This file
  6. can be found on every national online network, as well as most local
  7. Bulletin Board Systems.  More information regarding this and complete
  8. installation instructions are contained in the CLIPEXT.WRI file, which
  9. you can view with Windows' Write.  PLEASE READ THIS FILE BEFORE INSTALLING
  10. AND USING CLIPBOARD EXTENDER.
